Angry POOR customer service

I think Wix should first work on their customer service. Waiting 2-3 days for a response (many times you NEVER get a response). And when you do it’s not coherent as the responder doesn’t have a good grasp of the English language.

It would be great to get answers to my questions and requests!!!! I've sent some over 7 times with no response!

Again, I'd like to please get the phone number and address to the corporate office as well as the principle’s in charge. If I don’t hear back on this question (or many for that matter) I will report Wix to the BBB and blog everywhere about what a disappointing company you are with very weak customer service.

Yeah, don't make fun of WIX. There are more than 1,000,000 people posting, e-mailing, and mailing just to a small task force of around 100 to 1000 do you expect 1000 people to reply to 1,000,000 questions!
