Customizable forms

Would it be possible to add customizable email forms to Wix. I have a customer who needs a customized form for her catering company with:

Company:

Address:

Contact name:

Telephone no:

Email address:

Today’s date:

Delivery date: Time:

Delivery address:

No of guest:

Order:

Special requirements:


Which they require for getting the necessary information from thier customers for orders.

I see from the forums that a number of your customers have requested this feature and your response is it can't be done and just put up with it. Most other business's listen to thier customers and respond to them in a professional manner, however your response is to mock your customers using a undertone of sarcasm in your responces. How will you respond to my request, will you treat me in the same way or respond to my request in a professional manner.
