Smile Html

Great but

Be nice to resize typing box
tag recigonition (colour highlight)
scroll bar to view code
and you can't press enter to spread out code to get new lines and also when you use the back arrows to go over these <> is skips to the other end???

Thumbs up Html ..

Hi,

I used it to put a Facebook Fanpage badge on my site and it worked pretty well.

Beauty Crisis Vintage Clothing and Accessories

The settings are a little screwed up as the grid lines are not really accurate. I had to place the HTML box pretty far to the right of the homepage image in order to not overlap.

I am somewhat HTML iliterate and I was able to change the number of fans it showed and the size of box itself by changing the pixel widths and connection number.

I love it and can't wait to use it for real!

Thank!

After saving HTML to site, if you wish to go back and edit HTML, it is so small it is illegible in the window.

Default Works Great

It worked great for me to post Flickr photos! The only thing that didn't work was the rotating. But putting the HTML inside a mini page worked just fine. See the "about" page here: CandaceNicole.net

When can we expect to see this released? Can't wait, definitely will use it!!

Smile Testing, Testing, WORKS!!

Thank you sooo much! I was getting really frustrated not being able to implement my widgets, etc and considering another option. Just in time!

All in all seems to work great, did a few tests of different things (simple html, iframes, embed objects, videos) and they appear to work very nicely... even embedding of Wix sites works nicely so peeps like 'designers' can embed their templates into their sites now.

The only problems i did notice is there is still a slight displacement of the rendered container to the position of the designed container but it is at least consistent in displacement so it is easily worked around... i only experienced a few pixels displacement.

I would also go with the suggestion above that you make the editor html box larger to get a better view and edit ability when designing the page.

Otherwise, well done Royk and Rami... hope we can have it now for real use

Talking Nice

I like it!!!

The positioning problem isn't that bad as you guys think.

Needs a little bit more work though... I notice a whitespace bug for internet explorer if the HTML zone is bigger than the widget/item itself.

Work hard and change the world of wix forever.
