October 29th - and no reply at ALL.

Wix was wonderful in helping me get my site published (after the double billed issue) - now I'm waiting to hear how they think I can still owe for my site when my credit card was charged.

Wix - how long until you email me with a solution to this?? Please!

Thanks for the PMs - unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem yet.

I have a credit card statement that tells me Wix took $111.00 CDN funds (converted from your yearly fee) on September 8th.

If Wix had only taken $49.90 (as they are claiming?) then why would I have this statement sent out to me from my credit card company? No where is there a charge for $49.90 (or whatever the change was). What type of package is that?? I only wanted and chose yearly for a reason.

This gets more confusing by the day - and we're already 2 months into this issue now....

I appreciate the efforts in trying to figure this out, but if Wix thinks I'll be paying more money for something I already paid for (and have proof of the same) - not gonna happen.

Can't Wix simply find out what went through on the credit card??? I guarantee you it wasn't $49.00 It makes sense, doesn't it?? My account is Premium and I love Wix - but this is becoming an issue I don't know if I want to deal with.

I run a business and don't have time to follow up on things that should have been taken care of long ago.

Gahib can read this forum, right??? I am so sick of retyping this same story over and over - if Wix could help, wouldn't they have by now??? They have my emails - you forwarded emails....Mario forwarded emails.......it's time they did something to fix this. I'm getting depressed....

Default Wix Still Certain I Owe......???

This issue remains unresolved.

Wix states that the first credit card charged is on file and was charged $49.90.

My mothers credit card was actually the one charged - $111.00 Canadian (works out to the yearly combo fee converted to CDN funds).

How is Wix not able to see all of this??

Changing the credit card information from my bosses to my mothers seems ridiculous. The site is for my boss, it just so happened that the second credit card attempted worked (my mothers).

I have again emailed gahib.....and I'm so lost about this $49.90 charge that they said was supposedly charged. I have never seen it!!

I'm really really tired of this - and for some reason, I keep thiking that it is only going to keep being frustrating. 2 months....seriously??

I was asked if I had another account. I do. Cloud Nyne Design is my own - and I paid for that one long before I attempted an upgrade with my bosses site.

Wix wants clients. I run a business and want clients. If this keeps up, no one will have any......and that's sad because Wix is amazing - it's the service I am having trouble with.

Can someone tell me exactly HOW Wix cannot see which credit card was charged?

They told me the bosses card was charged.....I checked with the boss. No charges (yet). They don't seem to have a record that someone upgraded to Premium using a different card?? Come on! My mother has her statemtn and it says a charge of $111.00 CDN was made on Sept 4th and the transaction was processed on the 8th.

Someone figure this out please....and soon.

Didnt they ask you to fax thema copy of your statement or some confirmation something, I dont know, I hope your case is rare and good luck.

Can you call your bank and ask if Wix has refunded any portion of the money you sent?

Default Still Needing Help

No one from Wix has ever asked me if I could submit the statement. I offered, and am in the process of having my mother scan and email it to me.

I'm not sure how rare this is - I replied to another thread of someone having the same issue. She submitted her statement and is still having trouble figuring it out.

I'm so tired of this. There was no email reply again today (this is the umpteenth email since the start of this issue!)
