Default Amin Flash Hell

This post is an attempt to get somebody in Support to address the issue I raised and NOT send me out irrelevant gratuitous auto-responses.
This is my official ticket details from a request sent in last Tuesday June 16:
Ticket ID: 15071
Subject: Am in Flash Hell
Department: Support
Status: Open

This is the text of that request to Support:

Dear Support Team,

I have been trying in vain to integrate swf files into my Wix site that I have converted from avi (mainly mpeg2) and uploaded. Each time I receive the following message:

"This file is in ActionScript2. Please convert to ActionScript3 before uploading"

Well, for almost 3 days I've tried to achieve your AS3 requirement with various converters from different comapnies such as AVS, Sothink, Movavi and others. The most recent converter I tried was Increditools' 'Flash Video Studio' and they have just emailed me confirming that they do not yet support AS3.
I am completely stuck in AS3 hell and just cannot move forward with developing my premium wix web site until I can find the solution to this dilemma.
I have a Vista OS and do not know how to create or build my own flash files and have always used the Total Video converter to convert my files to swf or flv without any problems.
So, can you please provide me with a recommended converter or any solution to this nightmare?
I thank you in anticipation of your earliest possible response
Cheers
Victor Barron

Dear Victor ,

Here are some tips for uploading SWF files :

You should create and compile your SWF file using Action Script 3 .

The frame rate in flash files is set by the loading application, (in this case the wix viewer which runs 25 frames per second)

You should create your swf at 25 frames per second (that way it'll work the same on your local machine and in wix).

(Users who upload complex swf's containing code should upload them to a separate doc first, one that can be used as a testing ground for media items and deleted when corrupted)

Thank you

Elad
The Wix Team

This is my email response to the above auto-response|:

You have just pumped out a standard auto response template without giving any consideration to the details of my specific issue. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH BY ANY STANDARDS OF SUPPORT
I cannot believe it!!
Your first line below is simply a REPETITION of why I'm contacting Support in the first place!!!
PLEASE READ my support inquiry. I've been driven to distraction trying to find a conveter program that will convert my .avi (mpeg) files into SWF file using Action Script 3 .

Of course, when I've been using the different converters I set the conversion to be at 25 frames per second.
I do not need a bunch of gratuitous general tips!!!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE ME SOME PREMIUM SUPPORT!!!

If I fail to catch the attention of Support with this posting perhaps there's some other Wix user who can provide this Flash layman with a solution to my nightmare. All I simply want is a video conversion program to satisfy Wix's requirement for Action Script 3. If anyone out there can provide me with the answer I will be most relieved, deeply grateful and very thankful.
Cheers

Default Bravo!!

Yes, after much learning about flash 9, swf, wmv and as3 this sounds correct.

I had to cheat, I couldn't take the agony any longer. I posted the project to GetAFreelancer | Online Freelance Jobs | Employment | Design | Outsourcing | Programmers | Web Design | Freelancers to make the switch for me. It will probably cost me $30, but it's worth it.

I'm still going to give this a try myself and see if I learn more or just pull out more hair!

Thank you WIX - Smooch!
