Hello,

I think that the best thing, for a site creation, is not to be a beast concerning html, php, sql integratins etc because most of the peoples don't care about because they don't know it and this is the reason why they come to professionnals. The better thing is to be able to develop nice designs and it's not accessible to everyone because it requires a nice design spirit, sensibility, artistic predispositions etc... Wix cezrtainly provide nice tools to optimize sites creation in time terms but as you surely saw on the editor, there are many ways to import extra medias what make the wix creation illimited. Design have a cost, CEO have a cost too because peoples who create website should propose CEO too so I don't think its non sense to develop sites with wix, it's a gain of time for devs, and clients and a way to have nice sites quickly ( because you surely know, as me, how it can be long with classic webmasters sometimes, because they have all the coding etc to do).

Default Cost

Hi,

I'm keen to upgrade my WIX page to premium. I think the price is good but what if I want to remove the site and cancel my subscription? Is there an option to cancel a subscription after say one or 2 months or is there a minimum time period?

No, no time obligation, peoples who want to suscribe by years will have the possibility to but there won't be any time obligations

Default Payment

Sorry to be a pain but many people may want this question answered. If there's no minimum payment time how do you take payment - for one month at a time or one year? How do you stop the payments or can we only authorise them one at a time through a credit card? Without the payments being Direct Debit we have no control over the money you take. Can you just clarify all this, the website instructions are vague.

The payment is for now month by month without any engagement. You can unsuscribe when you want but the running month will be due. To unsuscribe, you just have to ask omer at omer@wix.com
If you have special questions concerning commercial things, ask omer.

Unhappy Help please

Hi,

I've tried to upgrade my web a couple of times but I get an error message as if something went wrong with my credit card. I've already checked and everything's fine here. I typed my information as it comes in my statement.
Is there a possibility for this to happen because I'm from Argentina?
Can I do it by phone or other means of communication?

Thank you very much Landrieu. I could finally get my upgrade through an American friend, but I'll ask omer to assist me in my next invoice.

Can anyone remind me WIX IP where to point my domain please? I closed the page yesterday and I don't know where to find this information today so as to finish the process.
