Default Friggn Annoying Menus! Help Wix, Mario, Rbrowser

Look at this menu, see those stupid ugly seperations between page 0, 1, 2 & 3?

http://www.wix.com/Easywolf32/HelpMa...2D207b120b6b50

When I am editing I make 100% sure they are perfectly stuck together as is the case shown with Home and Page 0, but when I view the site, they seperate like a bunch of I dont know what. Any advice on this ugly nerve racking bug, it's stalling my whole production, wasting too much time with menus and submenus (bangs head thinking that's next). I wish there was buttons like these that attach together in the same way, that would save me so much time and head aches.

I cannot wait for Wix's update and fix on menus and submenus hopefully, this is really making me unproductive.

Can anyone give me advice how to stick them together, I had the same problem with a vertical menu, and somehow I fixed it by fluke.

I also need to add submenus on this same menu, Mario can you perhaps try and make another great tutorial on that. I think its best the mini page of each submenu spreads across the whole menu as so if they get stuck they will automatically dissapear when you click on the enxt.

Arghhhhhh Menus! I'll be on cruise control once I get passed this!

Not sure why Color buttons such as the ones used in Color Menus arent available as individual buttons, all the friggin other ones are, boggles my mind, these are the best buttons I find. Both horizontal and vertical ones.

Hmmm. Do you mean you're creating these from buttons, Easywolf? The pre-made menus are already grouped together, so I guess you mean you're pushing individual buttons together.

What's interesting is, to answer your question, No I don't see a separation between 2 and 3. They look perfect. I did a screen shot to show you how they look on my monitor.

Between Home and page 0 I don't see a separation, I see a slight difference in color on both tabs close to where they join. That's also what I see between 0 and 1, and 1 and 2.

I only used pre-made menus on my site, spent no more than a few seconds on them, so I have no experience doing what you're trying to do here.

But it would seem that somehow I'm seeing these differently on my computer.

Hi rbrowser,

actually all those 4 menus are single 1 piece pre made menus, not individual buttons.

Your screenshot shows them exactly how they appear in my editor!

That's exactly how I wanted them to look. That's weird, on my preview or view screen, they seem seperated, except for the first 2 Home and page 0. Hmmmm. Very weird! What do you think I should do? Leave them as is, and assume that everyone sees them how they are intended to be?

Hmm, OK, it's a regular menu. When you say you're looking at them on your preview or "view screen"---not sure what you mean by "view screen." Do you mean on a separate tab, looking at your site online? Because that's the only way to see what your stuff will really look like. The Preview is only to see if your behaviors and what nots work the way you expected.

Well--so you see, as in the screen shot, 2 and 3 look well joined. I didn't do a screen shot of the others--there is No gap between any of them, but there is a slight difference in color close to the place they meet, as I described earlier.

I think you need to not drive yourself crazy and go on with your work. The full menu as I saw it looked more than acceptable.

Ok, I took a screenshot, and this is how it looks to me:

What I also mean by view screen, is ill go to my account, and click on View, next to the edit option. Notice that all 4, especially the first 2, have some type of ugly seperation.

---Here, I did a screen shot of the whole shebang. Notice how they all look very different on my computer than on yours. No gap between 2 and 3 on the first one.

Biggest difference is that menus 3 and 4 both look perfect on my screen.

I don't know what to tell you. I would've chosen a different menu ages ago, it's not worth this much stress and strain.
