hi, i have signed up for Google Analitycs, a week ago and even if on my analitycs account
it shows that RECIEVES DATA, i still can't see any data,
how long did it take you before you got data?
everybody happy with it?

Sorry I can't help.It's still telling me that my tracking code isn't installed. Could you please tell me what part of the code you used?

i entered the UA code as instructed by wix, it is written correctly, but goggle does not get the data?

uki1234, starting two different threads with the same question doesn't help you get more replies. One post would have been enough.

So when you open your Google Analytics page, it shows a green check mark in the Status column. If you aren't connected correctly, there will be an exclamation point in a yellow triangle instead.

I started getting data on my site the same day I connected my site to my Analytics, so it should start working almost immediately.

This Google service can only be used with Premium accounts at Wix, so apparently you both have upgraded. Has it been very long since your sites have been upgraded? Are they showing up in a Google search? If you don't have any traffic yet, there would be nothing for Google to track.

Ediese, the long code that Google provides is only for HTML sites. For a Wix site, the only thing you paste in is your I.D. number. It's format is UA-12345678-1. Be sure to Save again after you've pasted that into your Settings. You do not need to publish again.

possible that google hasn't seen your site yet.
to find out put "cache:http://www.yourdomainname.com" in the address bar. if you see your site, then google has been there. if not, then it hasn't....

I have installed everything right, I am premium since 10 days, the signal on Analitycs in OK green tick... I know there may be NO traffic, but I go on my website, and analitycs should pick up one or two visits... make sense? but no it does not pick up the data (is that correct?)

concerning goggle if it has pick up my website in search engine, that would take a month, i know, so for that i am patient, i will wait....

I'm not positive about Google Analytics, but previously I've used traditional traffic counters, and the best of those do not include the webmaster's own visits. I hope that's the way Google works also, because it can be confusing to have your own visits counted. If it does exclude them, then your test of going to your site of course wouldn't work.

Give it a couple more weeks. I think you'll start getting data.
