How to embed, where do I find the code?
I am new to the wix and web design world. I want to put some videos I have on metacafe into my wix, but when I searched for them using the tool, I didn't find them. I read that you could get around this by pasting the url into the general media player. But I'm not sure what url is needed. I tried both the embed code and the direct address url and neither one works. I will be the first to admit that I am lost on this one, and really don't know how to find the correct url.
Can someone please show me where to find the url thing so i can embed my video? here is the metacafe address so you can see the video: My Musical Life - Video Please respond soon so I can remedy this issue!

Hummm, unlike You Tube, Metacafe doesn't seem to give you the option of a true direct link to the video. With yours, the best I could come up with is:

Sad face, where else should I go?
Yep that's the one i tried.
 are there any other video hosting sites that you recommend? The problem is the two videos in question are longer than 10 minutes, and YouTube wont let me post them because they are too long. Tell me if you have any suggestions, please.
