Default Help! I've paid Wix but my site still isn't Upgraded!

I've built two different sites in my Wix account. The first I finished and upgraded to Premium successfully using Credit Card.

Last week I used a different credit card to upgrade the second site. And while I did everything the same, it's not working.

My credit card shows three seperate transactions with Wix, and I have sent a copy of the account statement to Wix Premium Support, but noone seems to understand what's going on.

Time is ticking away, I'm getting more and more frustrated, and Wix has my money (three times over).

Any suggestions? Anyone have a similar experience?

I thought Wix was reputable but now I'm wondering if this is a common "problem".

Default Thanks Jenny, but the people at PremiumWix don't seem to understand...

I have been in touch with the people at premium@wix.com and with a person called Gabi - supposedly from the Premium Support office.

But when I emailed the copy of the credit card statement and refered to the issues I'm having, they were very confused.

They refered only to the first site, the other site, paid for with another card. They ignored the credit card statement I sent.

Thanks though!

Amanda, Gabbi is the right person to communicate with.
I don't know what or how you wrote. What is the confusion?
PM me in 48hrs if you don't get it resolved in the meantime.

I have had the same issue....!!

I have two ccounts I maintain in seperate accounts (I don't build two sites on the same account).

My personal account I upgraded without issue...LOVE IT! This is not the site I am referring to here.....although Wix keeps bringing it up for some reason - that's not the one.

My bosses site - I attempted to upgrade a total of 10 times. Nothing worked. I tried 2 different credit cards. Nothing worked.

I emailed Wix at all email addresses they had - premium, billing, support. They did upgrade me to Premium and told me to pay my invoice.

I went to pay for the yearlycombo plan, and saw the total on my screen:

CHARGED - $188.00
REFUNDED: $94.76
TOTAL: $93.24

Here's where I get confused. Wix tells me to pay my bill......but according to the above, I have paid for the year combo twice and been refunded once - so I have paid.....right??

I email Wix back. The bosses credit card wasn't cahrged - the second one I tried (moms) worked. Wix stated the credit card on the account is my bosses.....and that it was charged.

I check with the boss & mom - mom's card was charged $111.00 Canadian (converted). Now I am more lost.

I email Wix again - they said the boss was only charged $49.90 (US) and that I still owe. WHAT!?!?!?! We have never seen this charge - EVER! And what/why would you only charge a partial payment when I emailed Wix and made sure they knew the plan I wanted.

I am going on 2 months of this absolute BS - I am a very VERY patient person....but I am tired of this.

I have mom's credit card statement saying the yearly combo is paid for. Why can't Wix look this up???

I emailed gahib AGAIN - the reply was about the other account I am using. ARG!!!!!!!!!

I need viable answers. If Wix can't even go into a record of an account and see that I have paid - they could essentially make me "owing" forever!

Everytime I email Wix I get a 'distraction tactic' - something they use to make you wait longer....or they bring up something unrelated (like my OTHER account).

The account I am STILL trying to figure this out on is: Fieldstone Ventures NOT my personal site: Cloud Nyne Design

It's really not that difficult - but Wix has been making it that way! I need answers!

I have a credit card statement saying the fees are paid too - but Wix should be able to figure that out (accounts payable/recieveable???). Seriously...this is beyond ridiculous.

And please - don't tell me to email AGAIN - I have about 40 emaiils I've sent to all the depts already - get Wix to do something about this for once. I appreciate all the help so far....but not the runaround.

Default Thanks, Mario

Thanks, Mario!

I appreciate all of your help since this whole thing started....I just find it disheartening that nothing gets done until someone very helpful like you (with connections to Wix) steps in. I have emailed everyone that Wix has told me to....and I'm still here having trouble. I have no doubt it will be worked out - I just want it worked out before I try to get another client signed up and upgraded with Wix.

I do appreciate you though!

Thanks for the kind words, however my help is limited.

Default NOTE: Issue NOT resolved.

Despite Mario's great efforts, and my NUMEROUS emails to Premium Support, the issue is NOT resolved. I have no been told that it is a problem with my bank (??) and Gabi has stopped responding to my emails.

So, time continues to go by and my beautiful Wix site continues to sit there unused. This is costing me so much time and money.

I am so frustrated!
