when is wix going to acknowledge the bugs with behaviours at last? i have to reassign them practically every time i open a site to edit (they reset at will). it is really becoming a nuisance 3 months in a row. i was under the impression behaviours are supposed to stick to assigned objects. the problem is especially noticeable with go to state & mini-pages. imagine the amount of work you have to do to redo a site with 47 mini-pages each time! please address this issue.

This was first reported back in April. I have only been able to use the Align Panel function once before it glitched out and stopped working moments later within the same session, working on the same site page.
The rest of this post should be in Wishlist Aswered We checked and it seems to be fully functional. If you're still experiencing the problem, please email support enclosing a relevant link. Last edited by Mario; 10-28-2009 at 11:29 PM. |

In the create section there is a template 'Creative solutions'
The menu this template uses can no lonoger be found in the editor. It apprears to be the Button24 but no longer has the 'Manage List' feature. This is a very popular menu and the 'Manage List' feature is essential. What's happened to it? Mario .

I found the bug with the text I mentioned earlier. I type all text in Word before I put it in Wix (for spell check reasons and its easier to read).
When I PASTE text into Wix, two things happen. 1.) The apostrophe does not carry over (quote marks don't carry over either. I am sure there are other things too). 2.) After pasting the text, if I want to go in and make one word italic, it goes either right next to the word before it or covers the word therefore not leaving the space in the middle of the two words. Here is what it looks like after pasted: Blank Website As you can see, the word "wasn't" doesn't have the apostrophe and when I made the word testing in itialic, it moved backwards getting rid of the space. Can this bug be fixed? I really want to be able to spell check everything before putting it into wix. |

1)
Problem: Behaviors on minipages. Solution: See new sticky: creating healthy minipages. Built to Last: Creating Healthy Minipages 2) Problem: Align Panel function. Solution: We checked and it seems to be fully functional. If you're still experiencing the problem, please email support enclosing a relevant link. 3) Problem: Missing template. Solution: We had numerous complaints from members about a glitch in the buttons so we were forced to temporarily remove it and send it to QA. I hope we're able to republish it soon. 4) Problem: Error code -20. Solution: This bug was fixed. Cleaning your cache will do the trick. 5) Problem: Ghost images. Solution: "Ghost" pictures only appear on media rich websites. Those take time to upload (photos in particular are heavier than other components). 6) Problem: Error - 404. Solution: I had our QA team look into this. Will follow-up with you as as I have some feedback. 7) Problem: Word processor bug when pasting to Wix Solution: Known bug, we're working on it. |

1. YouTube skin on FLV files: What happened was we used an older version to fix the initial video problem. That version only supported YouTube vids (at the time we supported a single format) and hence the current bug.
Status: We fixed it! Hallelujah 2. Error - 20: Problems in uploading pictures SWF files and and/or other media. Status: For a quick fix, log out of your Wix account and log in again. If problem persists, clean your cache memory before logging back in. 3. Trouble upgrading websites to premium. Status: We've been experiencing problems with our billing system. We're working to fix this problem, meanwhile, try using another credit cardf / PayPal. Also try clearing your cache and switch browsers (Firefox works best). 4. Trouble changing billing / credit card info. Status: We're aware of the problem and hope we'll soon have it resolved. 5. Error -14: seems to have re-appeared for some accounts. We are investigating and will let you know as soon as we have an eta on fixing this. Status: Still working on it. Meanwhile, try working on one page at a time and make sure you save before you start editing another page. 6. Missing component type. Status: Partially resolved. Some members might still encounter this problem. We're on it. |
