Default Behaviors

Talya,
We are getting too many reports of Behaviors not behaving.

When members are going back into their Editors, it's being found that links associated behaviors are no longer there or no longer working.

This is being reported in the forum too many times.

Seems to be a major problem.

Mario

Ok, here goes. Anybody who's experiencing problems with behaviors please drop your URL here with a clear description of the problem. The more reports are entered, the better evidence for a fundamental problem.

Hello Talya.
Here is my complaint re behaviors.

A number of behaviors should be able to be applied before saving.
Right now, I must save after each behavior for it to apply and stay applied.
See here for example:

Default "no skin found" bug

Hi Talya (Or whoever's reading this). I wanted to report a "no skin found" bug. I searched the forum and saw that about half a year ago people reported this bug, but nobody reported it recently- so I thought you guys should know it still exists. This bug happens with the comment widget (a "no skin found" message replaces the widget). Since I don't use any other widgets, maybe it happens with other widgets too. Dunno. It happens in different browsers (usually Explorer and Safari) and lately it's been happening quite a lot. Hope you guys can find a solution. Thanks & have a g'evening!

Hi Moretal,

I took this up with our support team and they weren't able to reproduce the problem.

I suggest you clear your cache memory and log back in.

If problem persists, please email support@wix.com if you're a free member or
premium@wix.com if you have an upgraded account.

Good luck,
Talya

Hi Talya, I have been asked to report these issues to you by Mario. I have tried to get feedback and help in the support section but know one could help solve this issue.

I would like to report 2 bugs that i am experiencing with the media music players.
Bug One: Music is cutting short....I have one music track that plays on my home page and the track cuts short. I checked the music in the edit section and the music plays for much longer and finishes in suttle fashion as it should do. But on the uploaded site, the music is definetly cutting short and finishes abrutly. I have just deleted the player and playlist and have added it once again to the site and the same thing is happening, the music is cutting short! But when played back in the editor the music is running its full duration. Any ideas as to why? The music is Wix's files.

Bug Two: Playlist playback......I have found on some of the media music players that when you create a playlist, that only the first song in the playlist will play. Again i am only using the Wix music provided, and only adding two parts of music to the playlist and player. The player I am currently using is one of a few, that I have tried and that have this issue.
My wix url is: www.otrsonline.co.uk
The problem can be found on the homepage (not the first intro page).
Thank you, Jason.

Hi Talya,

Can you please take a look at this thread, there seems to be a very annoying bug with the "Color" Menu. Please try and fix it somehow, it's very annoying, especially since those menus are really nice!

Exclamation neverending "loading comments" message

As from today my comment widget refused to show any comments. Instead a neverending "loading comments" message is shown.

The problem is those lost comments are important and impossible to reproduce. Is there any way to retrieve them from a serverside backup?

I noticed this bug goes on for a while without being fixed - are there any plans from Wix to sort that out?
