Post clearly and be Civil
Don't post in 10 words what you should post in 50.
The more detail you give in your posts the easier you problem will be understood.
Give as much as you can.

Don't assume the reader can read your mind, be clear.

Know the difference between Pages, Minipages and Minipage Pages.
This can cause much confusion.
A Site page, also refered to as a main page is what you place objects onto.

Objects can be anything. Text, Text Boxes, Minipages, Icons, Galleries etc..


Minipages are like books, they also contain pages. These can also be very confusing when posting.
If you refer to minipages as minibooks and the pages within as slides then there can be no confusion as to what you are referring to.

When posting try to add the url (address) of your site.
Usually, it helps us to see your site so we don’t need to try and visualize your problem.
This helps us to help you quicker.

Save frequently and make a backup using 'SAVE AS'

Read the stickys
These are messages stuck to the top of the forum and contain important information.
Check sticky’s often.

Don't post off topic - start a new thread.

Make your posts to the point, we don't need to know how you found Wix and how much you love it.
Just the facts.

Spell check your post and read it to yourself before posting.

Do not tamper with any Wix code, this may result in account suspension.

Clear your cache: Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel

Windows: Tools > Delete Browser History > Temp Internet files, Cookies, History.
Then reboot.

Power down your modem.

Power up your system: (re-boot not restart)

Reboot your modem
